Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Networthing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Networthing is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to manually record and monitor their net worth, assets, debts, and expenses. The App is not a financial institution, investment advisor, broker, or bank. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All financial data is entered manually by you.
3. Free Trial & Subscription
Networthing Pro is available via a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial:
- Your trial begins immediately upon confirmation through Apple.
- You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.
- After 7 days, your subscription auto-renews at $9.99/month or $89.99/year and your Apple ID will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by Apple's standard refund policies.
All billing is handled by Apple. Networthing does not collect or store your payment information.
4. No Financial Advice
All projections, analytics, estimates, and calculations within the App (including compound growth projections, net worth velocity, and financial freedom estimates) are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not guarantees of future results. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
5. Third-Party Services
Networthing integrates with third-party services subject to their own terms:
- RevenueCat — revenuecat.com/terms
- CoinGecko — coingecko.com/terms
- Apple App Store — apple.com/legal
- Sentry — sentry.io/terms
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, the security of your device, and any decisions made based on information displayed in the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials within Networthing are the property of the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THIRD-PARTY PRICE DATA IS PROVIDED FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT ACTUAL MARKET PRICES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETWORTHING AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
